Prayer
The church recognizes the inherent value of prayer as a means of discerning God’s vision, developing leadership, and planning. Church leaders rely on prayer to see God in all aspects of their ministry.
Proactive Response to Change
The church recognizes and embraces the organic characteristic of change and responds creatively and proactively to shifts in culture. The church continually changes its methods in response to those shifts, but maintains the message of Christ regarding His church.
Outreach
Authentic outreach requires going out into the community to share the love of Jesus Christ with persons from all walks of life, welcoming them into our church family and embracing our responsibility to nurture their faith.
Servant Leadership
Jesus Christ’s example as a servant-leader compels us to use the talents given to us by God in a spirit of humility, authenticity, and a willingness to be accountable in order to be in service to each other, our church, and our community.
Worship
Recognizing our Creator’s significance in our lives, we regularly meet as a Christian community to worship God, utilizing various styles in order to make worship meaningful to each individual participating in our services.
Christian Education
Christian education is strongly encouraged for God’s children of all ages so that each of us can grow in our knowledge and understanding of God, mature in our Christian faith, and understand God’s purpose in and for our life.
