God wants us to grow up,
to know the whole truth and tell it in love—like Christ in everything.
We take our lead from Christ,
who is the source of everything we do.
—Ephesians 4:15

Fellowship Dinner
A delicious, home-style meal that the entire family can enjoy is served every Thursday at 5:45 p.m. in the Fellowship Center. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children. Reservations are necessary by the previous Tuesday. You may call the Church Office at 713·686-4328 to ask for the menu and place your reservation.
Senior Adult Ministries
Every other month, Terrace hosts Lunch Bunch. Senior adults gather at 9 a.m. in the Fellowship Center for dominoes, cards, and other games. The group shares lunch together and enjoys entertainment from speakers and professionals in the community.
The Prime of Lifers group caters to seniors who enjoy being on the go, offering weekly exercise classes, lunches, and trips. Every month, the group takes a day-trip to attractions in Houston and surrounding areas. Two-day and week long adventures are also planned at least once a year to popular destinations. The group has traveled to Galveston, Lost Maples, Marble Falls, Hodges Gardens, Albuquerque, Colorado, Big Bend, and on a cruise ship to Cozamel.
Sunday School
Adult Sunday School classes are offered from 10:10 – 11:10 a.m.
United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women (UMW) work together to support mission projects on a local, national and world basis. UMW invites visitors and new members to their monthly mission education general meetings (alternating between the first Tuesday morning, first Saturday morning, and first Tuesday evening.) Individual “circle” groups meet monthly in the day or evening, depending on the needs of those attending. If you are interested in Christian issues effecting women and children, have a heart for service, and want to grow in your faith, we invite you to become involved in UMW.
United Methodist Men
The goal of the United Methodist Men is to provide opportunities for Christian fellowship, education, and service to men of all ages. The group alternates monthly meetings between Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings. Call the church office for more details.
