Missions Includes Public Schools
Terrace provides Back to School Assistance with prepackaged school supplies and gift certificates for shoes and clothing to families in need at several nearby elementary schools. At Christmas time, the Adopt a Family program matches Sunday school classes with similar families, to provide them with toys, gifts, clothing, and household items.
Home-Bound Not Forgotten
Terrace cares for Home-Bound Members by providing recordings of Sunday worships services, delivering communion and visiting regularly with them.
Community Support & World Mission
True to the United Methodist tradition, the Terrace provides financial assistance and donates all kinds of gifts and services on a local and international basis. Terrace supports the East Spring Branch Food Pantry, Memorial Assistance Ministries, the United Methodist Committee on Relief, Christian Alliance for Humanitarian Aid, the Methodist Children’s Home, Medical Bridges, UM Army, Seafarer’s Center, the Methodist Mission Home, NewSpring, and Partners in Mission.
